Refund Policy

  • At Zuber Stylo (www.zuberstylo.com), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. We offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy within 10 days from the date of delivery, with an additional 7 days for the returned products to reach us.
  • Make a video when you unboxing the product to confirm faulty or damaged product. No return or exchange without a video 

Return Process:

  • Pick-up Attempts: We provide complimentary reverse pick-up services for orders above 2000 INR. The courier company will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you must send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse Pick-Up availability is subject to your area pin-code.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a store credit/coupon code within 5 working days of return pickup to your registered email address. Refunds are not applicable for COD orders.
  • Product Condition: Please ensure the product(s) are returned in the same condition as shipped. Products showing signs of wear, or with missing tags and labels, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Processing Time: Allow 7 days for the return to be processed, and the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.

Important Information:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds/bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.
  • COD Orders: Payments made with COD option will receive a coupon code of the same value as the order, valid for 1 year from the issuance date.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customer Support: For any issues, contact our customer support portal or email us at zuberstylo@gmail.com. You can also message us on Instagram . We respond Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm. Please note that we do not address customer queries on WhatsApp.
  • Return Courier Charges: If the total order value is below 2000 INR, customers must bear the return courier charges.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations are possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns/exchanges for specific product categories, including but not limited to Blazers, Coats, Suits, and Custom Orders. zuber stylo reserves the right to modify applicable products or categories without prior notice.
  • Exchange Policy: Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further exchanges or refunds will be applicable for that order.
  • Return/Exchange Request: Mail us to submit your Return/Exchange request. Please provide all relevant information, including the reason for your return or exchange.
